El 11 de febrero del año 2001 la Señora Josefina Cisneros en compañÃa de sus hijos, inician el negocio elaborando productos hechos a base de harina de trigo en la ciudad de León, Gto. Arrancando operaciones con la primer tortillerÃa en calle Brillante del Fraccionamiento Guadalupe.
