El 11 de febrero del año 2001 la Señora Josefina Cisneros en compañía de sus hijos, inician el negocio elaborando productos hechos a base de harina de trigo en la ciudad de León, Gto. Arrancando operaciones con la primer tortillería en calle Brillante del Fraccionamiento Guadalupe.
